At J. MURCIANO, occupational health and safety are two key factors in the development of our activity, since the protection and well-being of our workers is a basic and priority aspect for us. That is why we have an Occupational Risk Prevention Plan integrated into the management of the company that seeks the effective protection of the safety of each of the workers. This corporate policy represents a commitment that affects all functional and hierarchical levels. In this way, we have the development of specific policies and measures to promote good practices in the workplace, as well as having risk control and current training adapted to current legislation as a commitment to achieve and demonstrate a solid performance in safety and health at work. To this end, certain action plans have been designed that include theory and practice in preventive activity, carrying out specific actions and taking into account the nature of our productive activity, the size of the workforce, the most common risk factors and the general organizational structure.
